The lure of the homeland brought the family back to Alife, where Michele completed his studies at the Agricultural Institute of Piedimonte Matese. The beginning of his career in the Alta Mangiuria dairy represents artisanal excellence in the Italian dairy scene. Michele Mastrangelo, a native of Valdobbiadene, was born on February the 28 in 1982, to parents from Alife who moved to the Veneto region to work in Prosecco production. The lure of the homeland brought the family back to Alife, where Michele completed his studies at the Agricultural Institute of Piedimonte Matese. The beginning of his career in the dairy industry came with door-to-door sales of Buffalo Mozzarella in Veneto and Trentino, an experience that allowed him to get to know different realities and develop a growing passion for cheese. In 2010, Michele decided to open his own dairy, passionately dedicating himself to the production of high-quality cheeses.
With the support of his mother Adriana, who oversees production and aging, Michele has refined his art over time, turning Alta Mangiuria into a reference point for artisanal cheese enthusiasts. The commitment to quality and environmental sustainability is reflected in the meticulous selection of raw materials, which gives the products a genuine and authentic taste.
