A legacy of excellence in wine and hospitality
Founded in the late 19th century and nurtured over four generations, the Perconti Agricultural Estate is now in the capable hands of two young entrepreneurs, Vincenzo and Francesco Cori. The estate derives its name from the historic “Perconti” hill, which overlooks the Vomano Valley and houses both the winery and operational headquarters. Spanning 28 hectares, the estate features native vineyards and olive groves dedicated to producing premium wines and oils.
The jewel of the estate is a stunning 18th-century farmhouse, now transformed into a charming bed and breakfast. It welcomes guests seeking a tranquil retreat and an opportunity to rediscover the beauty of the Abruzzo region. Sustainable cultivation and Native varietals At Perconti, traditional values meet sustainable innovation. The estate is home to indigenous varieties of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and Pecorino, cultivated in clay-rich soils. These unique terroirs yield wines with distinctive and pronounced organoleptic characteristics.
Committed to environmental stewardship, the vineyards are managed with minimal intervention. Natural practices reduce the need for chemical treatments, and herbicides have been completely eliminated to foster biodiversity. The team ensures balanced, healthy vineyards, preserving the microfauna and maintaining harmony with nature.
