Located in a prime spot overlooking the beautiful waters of Lake Garda, right in the heart of Desenzano del Garda, Vivi Cafe La Brasserie 15 (at number 15, Piazza Giacomo Matteotti) is a restaurant specializing in high-quality meats, many of which are often hard to find elsewhere. Its excellence was recognized in 2021, when it received the Certificate of Excellence from Restaurant Guru, the global platform for restaurant ratings and reviews.
The meats featured on the menu come from all around the world: Iberian, Portuguese, Galician, Angus, Wagyu, Baiuvari and Baltic scottone are just a few of the unique specialties offered in various dishes—from carpaccio and tartares, to Fiorentina steaks, grilled meats, and the restaurant’s specialty: the mouthwatering dry-aged steaks.
However, the true stars of the menu are the gourmet hamburgers, prepared fresh to order and available in a wide variety of versions. Try our classic hamburgers with cheddar and bacon, or more original creations – like the “Tasty,” which combines beef and sausage, served with Cabernet-caramelized onions, buffalo stracciatella, caper mayonnaise, and a hazelnut-pistachio crunch.
The restaurant also offers a diverse selection of other dishes, with a large portion of the menu dedicated to handmade pasta and pizzas. To complete the culinary experience, the meal can be paired with one of over forty beer varieties from around the world, handpicked from the menu, and finished off with a homemade dessert.
With its modern two-story interior and outdoor seating options, Vivi Cafe La Brasserie 15 is also available for special events like birthdays and parties. The customer simply needs to choose the menu and event details, and the staff will take care of the rest. Open daily for lunch and dinner (12:00–15:00 and 18:00– 23:00, with an extension until 23:45 on Saturdays), the restaurant also offers an aperitif service from 17:00 to 18:00, perfect for enjoying an Aperol Spritz by the shores of Lake Garda.
