Giulia Mura is a Sardinian entrepreneur who has courageously and dedicatedly transformed the family heritage of the Pelau Oil Mill in Jerzu, Ogliastra into a model that combines tradition and innovation.
Alongside her siblings Cristiana and Antonio, Giulia leads the company with passion, honoring the dream of her grandmother Maria and the roots of her father Manfredi and mother Luisa.
The company produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil, certified organic and Kosher, made from ancient olive trees of the indigenous Ogliastrina variety. In addition to olive oil production, the company also produces wine, including Cannonau ‘Tarei’ and ‘Patriarca’, and Vermentino ‘Le Grazie’, expressions of a territory rich in history and authenticity. With Oleificio Pelau and its exclusive wines, Giulia has built a model of balance between tradition and modernity, telling the world about a unique terroir through sustainability, experiential tourism, and deep connections with the land.
