Founded in 1996, Fiorentini Firenze has progressively specialized in providing processing, bottling, packaging, and storage services for extra virgin olive oil. Its wideranging clientele includes the most important Italian and European supermarket chains as well as leading multinational food companies. The company is one of the most prominent in the industry, both nationally and internationally, as it bottles for over 25 countries worldwide.
The new Fiorentini Firenze production facility, inaugurated in 2017, features a 250-square-meter analysis laboratory and an oil storage center (approximately 15 million liters) with over 80 stainless steel tanks equipped with a cooling system and nitrogen preservation to prevent oxidation.
The bottling operation consists of 6 lines with a daily production capacity of approximately 200,000 bottles. The company’s operational headquarters meet at least 50% of their energy needs through photovoltaic and geothermal energy systems.
Fiorentini Firenze also boasts an in-house panel test recognized within the industry. While a substantial portion of production is dedicated to private label manufacturing, the company also owns three main proprietary brands: Antico Frantoio, primarily catering to the domestic market, and Fiorentini Firenze and Oliveta, mainly targeted at international markets.
Annual revenue is divided, with 70% coming from foreign markets and the remaining 30% from domestic ones. While extra virgin olive oil remains the company’s core business, Fiorentini Firenze’s production is tailored to meet a variety of market demands.

ITALIAN: Produced from olives strictly harvested in Italy.
UNFILTERED: A selection of the finest EU olive oils, chosen to be consumed unfiltered.
STORAGE CAPACITY:
Fiorentini Firenze operates one of the largest extra virgin olive oil storage facilities in Italy, with a capacity of over 15 million liters.
PRODUCTION LINES:
The bottling plant consists of 6 production lines, with a daily bottling capacity of approximately 200,000 bottles.
ANNUAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
Thanks to constant market growth, the total number of bottles packaged in 2020 exceeded 50 million units.
