Molino Pasini S.p.A. has been operating in the milling sector for four generations and specializes in the production of high-quality soft wheat flours. These flours are intended both for professional channels and for those involved in their processing, combining artisanal expertise with the most advanced technologies.
The focus has always been on the raw material: the grains used are carefully selected and, once they arrive at the company, are analyzed and identified by the modern in-house research and development laboratory, which certifies their quality. Subsequently, the fully automated milling plant processes homogeneous grain blends, from which high-quality, consistent flours are extracted. Production takes place in a modern facility, recently complemented by a new production unit focusing on high-tech processes.
Attention to quality is undoubtedly the distinguishing feature of Molino Pasini’s production philosophy, a quality that the company ensures to be excellent and consistent for all its products. At the heart of this achievement is the strategic decision to adopt a policy that prioritizes the needs of increasingly demanding clients who are attentive to quality standards.
In line with its longstanding commitment to quality, Molino Pasini has obtained numerous certifications: IQNet UNI EN ISO 22000:2005 and 22000:FSSC, which involve strict monitoring and compliance with hygiene standards according to the rigorous rules established for HACCP. Additionally, Molino Pasini provides its customers with the highest level of food safety, certified by international standards such as BRC, IFS, KOSHER, and HALAL. In March 2016, the company also earned UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 certification for Traceability in Agro-Food Chains, enabling the production of three zero-kilometer flours, 100% certified Italian origin.
