LUCENS Organic and Vegan Hair Care
Umbria, the green heart of Italy, is a continuous succession of picturesque medieval mountain-top villages, green hills, fertile river valleys and dense woods. In this enchanting landscape, where time seems to stand still, ancient herbal medicine traditions are still alive and we have drawn upon them to formulate LUCENS products: extracts and essences derived from medicinal plants, native to Central Italy and grown in accordance with organic farming techniques.
LUCENS products are characterised by gentle formulations, which contain organic oils and extracts while being free of animal-origin and GMO-derived ingredients. Additional distinguishing features are the fresh fragrances used to scent the products and consisting solely of essential oil blends, as well as the assurance and transparency provided by the ICEA (Ethical and Environmental Certification Institute) certifications.
LUCENS COLOR
Ammonia-free permanent hair colour infused with organic oils and extracts containing up to 80%* natural origin ingredients, after mixing with the supplied developer. Its special formulation ensures perfect grey/white coverage and excellent tolerability. Provides vibrant, shiny, eventoned and long-lasting colour results. With its velvety texture, the mixture is easy to apply, perfectly adheres to the hair and does not drip. Available in 28 shades, all ICEA VEGAN certified.
LUCENS HAIR CARE
Hair and scalp beauty treatments enriched with organic oils and extracts, scented exclusively with essential oil blends. A range of beauty treatments that perfectly combine natural cosmetics and effective results, with a focus on ease of use and sensory pleasure. All the products in the LUCENS hair care segment are ICEA VEGAN and ICEA ECO BIO COSMETICS certified. With up to 97%* natural origin ingredients.
LUCENS LEAVE-IN PRODUCTS
An invaluable aid to complete the hair treatments, make hair drying easier and personalise the style. All the products in the LUCENS leave-in segment are ICEA VEGAN and COSMOS NATURAL certified. They contain up to 98%** natural origin ingredients and are scented exclusively with essential oils of Lemon, Grapefruit and organically grown Orange.
Sustainable packaging
Plastic bottles and labels are made from Green PE, an innovative, 100% recyclable material produced with a biopolymer derived from renewable sources, which significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions. It is clearly identifiable by the mark “I’m green plastic” mentioned on the packaging.
Paper used for the LUCENS range is FSC®-certified paper, produced in accordance with the stringent environmental and social standards of the Forest Stewardship Council®, supporting proper and responsible management of forest resources.
