Our new “Welcome Summer” menu is a delicious selection of offerings that will conquer your palate. Among the Limited Edition items, we welcome back popular favorites and highly anticipated novelties. Discover “La Sorpresa,” a folded focaccia stuffed with heirloom tomatoes, burrata filled with mozzarella pearls, and I.G.P. mortadella. Among the freshest proposals is the “Pummarò,” a focaccia-based pizza with cherry tomatoes, arugula, burrata bites, and olives.
Another must-try delight is the “Arrostita,” an explosive pizza with fior di latte, roasted eggplants seasoned with spicy oil, roasted ham, smoked Puglian burrata, and fresh basil. In our classic summer menu, you will find all the traditional pizzas, along with several gluten-free options, ensuring a complete and satisfying gastronomic experience for all our customers.
