Taverna Pretoriana – Typical Roman cuisine
Taverna Pretoriana is a family matter: for over 50 years a staple of good traditional cuisine, carried forward with pride and sacrifice. The current generation is in the hands of Daniele, who thanks to the fundamental suggestions of his father Giuseppe, manages to preserve the genuine flavors and the hospitable atmosphere of the past: genuine, direct and attentive to quality. Here you will find recipes handed down for generations and typical local dishes, to savor the true flavors of Roman cuisine.
In fact, at the Trattoria Pretoriana every dish tells the story of Rome and the tradition of our family. Among the second courses you will find grilled meat, saltimbocca and filet; we also offer delicious seafood dishes, such as cod, mixed fried fish, soup.
