Located in a charming little house on the state road in Via Nazionale, San Giovanni al Natisone – Udine, OSTERIA CADIBON offers a cozy atmosphere typical of a classic Friulian trattoria.
Here, you can savor typical Friulian dishes paired with wines from the Cadibon family winery. Always available are hand-sliced San Daniele prosciutto, fresh and aged cheeses, and local cured meats. The Bon family runs OSTERIA CADIBON, bringing the experience of their ancestors to the vineyards, along with efforts to achieve quality and typicity.
At OSTERIA CADIBON, creativity in the kitchen, warm hospitality, and generous wines reign supreme—all at a fair price. The à la carte menu, complemented by daily specials, offers a delightful culinary experience. Personal favorites include risotto with sclopìt, gnocchi with lamb ragù, and the classic bollito. The service is excellent, and the prices are more than fair.
The osteria has a capacity of 60 indoor seats and 40 outdoor seats. In the colder months, guests can enjoy two dining rooms: one warmed by a stove, the other by the charm of a fireplace. During the spring and summer, the welcoming garden is ideal for pleasant evenings. OSTERIA CADIBON is open from Monday to Saturday: Morning: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon/Evening: 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM Closed on Sundays for rest and for holidays in August.
