Our hotel is located in Entrèves (m. 1300 above sea level), a characteristic hamlet of Courmayeur nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc. The village has remained authentically mountain, with its ancient houses built with stone and wood and inserted in a natural environment where all around are the meadows, the forest, the river … At 5 minutes distance, Val Veny and Val Ferret in WINTER are the paradise of downhill skiing and cross- country skiing while the Skyway cable car allows a spectacular ascent to the highest point in Italy and leads to the famous off-piste descent of the Vallée Blanche and grandiose ski-trailsmountaineering. alpine lakes and pastures, expanses of raspberries and blueberries, chalets and refuges where you can find refreshment. In addition to hiking, there are many exciting sports that you can practice here: mountain biking, rafting, horseback riding, paragliding, golf, … A few kilometers away are the famous Pré Saint Didier Spa where you can relax in all seasons, with outdoor hot tubs and various sauna rooms suitable for everyone. 400 meters from the hotel is the departure station of the
Val Veny cable car (access point to the Courmayeur ski area); the SKYWAY cable car is within walking distance, only 300 meters (famous is the route that from Punta Helbronner reaches 3800 m. of the Aiguille du Midi, “crossing of Mont Blanc” and connection with Chamonix). 1 km from the hotel there is an important sports facility with tennis courts, volleyball, squash, basketball, 5-a-side
football, curling, ice skating, climbing wall.
At 1.5 km there is the historic center of Courmayeur, a village that boasts a long history . The Hotel Aigle**ˈ in Entrèves has been recently renovated and has 16 rooms with mountain views.
Modern and charming, each room is equipped with every service and comfort: view and balcony, telephone, tvsat, safe, hairdryer. Cozy is the restaurant, the living room with bar and fireplace, the large garden solarium. There is private parking outside.
The family-run hotel offers half board or Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast is served with a rich buffet, while dinner offers specialties of the Valley and international cuisine; upon reservation, every meal is prepared without gluten (the hotel is associated with the Italian Celiac Association)
