Quality, territory and tradition: the values of Tenuta il Corvo

Tenuta il Corvo was born in 2017 with the intention of enhancing the territory of Boca and Upper Piedmont by means of viticulture and agritourism activity. The soil allows to obtain fine quality wines, which stand out for their freshness and minerality. The low pH that characterizes our soils gives the wines acidity, longevity and typical citrus notes. The high presence of minerals in the soil allows to obtain full-bodied, savory wines often characterized by ferrous and almost blood-like notes. These are typical characteristics that identify the wines produced in this area. Our goal is to obtain products that are as natural as possible. In fact, for the cultivation of our grapes we have decided to resort to organic farming: we manually carry out all the pruning of the vineyards, we do not use chemical pesticides and we feed the soil only with natural fertilizers. We carry out the harvest manually and constantly monitor the state of our vineyards to prevent diseases and obtain a raw material of excellent quality. Every Saturday and Sunday after 4.00 pm we serve aperitifs with the best wines of Upper Piedmont accompanied by platters of local cold cuts and cheeses and the delicacies of our cuisine. In the summer season, on request, we also offer the possibility of booking your table among the rows of vines, to live an even more unforgettable experience.
