The Luxe Domus Group was born in 2020, at the height of the Pandemic era, in Vigevano, following the opening of our first accommodation facility in Vigevano, The Maison 39. It was 2016 when, after a major renovation of a building we own, our business in the extra – hotel- world began. After a few years, in 2019, our ambitions have grown and we decided to expand our business. So we began the renovation of two structures: two completely different stories. These two structures, after a total closure of the whole country, delays in the delivery of materials and after a slow and silent resumption by people to travel, at the beginning of 2021 took the name of Le Jardin and Villa Zecca. In January 2021, after a very critical period, we resumed working at full capacity in April 2021. The three structures of the Luxe Domus Group are all situated in Vigevano in the province of Pavia, just 30 km from Milan and in a convenient position to the main airports. La Maison 39 and Le Jardin have a touch of French, not only in the name but also in their style: the decorative details inside the rooms, the garden and the outside with a swimming pool, recall a shabby chic style, with a floral touch that recalls the spring period in our Ticino Park. Both of these structures are equipped with openings with electronic weaves, soundproofed rooms, latest generation TV, mini-bar in the room and also a kettle available for guests. The formula we offer to our guests is that of bed and breakfast (B&B). During the summer it is possible to enjoy the swimming pool and have an aperitif by the pool. All our rooms have a little reference to the territory that surrounds us. To each room we did not assigned an anonymous number, but a name of an Italian rice, such as Arborio, Baldo and Carnaroli to end with with Zeus. Every morning we offer a healthy and homemade breakfast. You will find the typical products of our area such as the famous Torta del Moro, fresh yogurt without preservatives from the Vigevano farms and cakes with rice flour. Villa Zecca, is our little icing on the cake. It is an Art Nouveau villa from the 1900s- typical Italian style of those ages, completely renovated. During the restoration work, we were lucky enough to find frescoes of the typical floral decorations of the Liberty style in the ceilings, and we had them restored by expert hands. Thanks to the demanding restoration and partitioning of the entire Villa Zecca, we are now able to offer our customers as many as 7 apartments of various sizes, all furnished and have a kitchenette. Our apartments are offered with a Residence treatment, and equipped with electronic keys, indoor parking spaces, a laundry area and a garden outside the villa. The attention to the territory has not failed: many efforts have been made to better insulate our structures thanks to insulating panels, solar panels for heating the water and storing electricity. We are promoters of tourism by bike, to enjoy the landscape with a slower timing. We can offer you many routes in our territory, to reach the lakes of our territory a few kilometers away
