Hotel Piccolo Parco A family run business, where service is warm, simple and absolutely informal

Hotel Piccolo Parco is a historical facility in Limone Piemonte. Our hotel is set in a villa that dates back to 1935, Villa S. Antonio [St. Anthony’s Villa], which is named after the small church nearby that from 1948 to 1951 was used as one of the first customs stations for Limone Piemonte. Hotel Piccolo Parco tells the story of an adventure, of Giulio and Rosy’s dream to leave the countryside of Cuneo with nothing but empty pockets, love and the drive to succeed in life, a life full of hard work that led them to open the first bed & breakfast of Limone Piemonte, which consisted of two guest rooms and a piola (a traditional Piedmontese tavern, serving food and drinks); then, over the years, it evolved into a room rental facility and then into a hotel. Hotel Piccolo Parco has been completely refurbished and expanded in rustic style with modern elements, trying to keep things simple and mountain-style. Hotel Piccolo Parco is located a 2-minute walk from the town centre, five minutes from the train station and 750 mt. from the new “Severino Bottero” 8-seat cableway that connects the White Preserve with the snow park in Limonetto. Hotel Piccolo Parco features 14 rooms with double and triple occupancy, safe, hair dryer, satellite television, lift and 2 rooms for the differently able. WI-FI ZONE, garage and private parking, ski and mountain bike storage, grounds, outdoors and a small shed to wash bicycles, motorcycles and ATVs. Hotel Piccolo Parco is A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS, WHERE SERVICE IS WARM, SIMPLE AND ABSOLUTELY INFORMAL. We also have a lounge for cocktails or après ski snacks and a restaurant area where guests may enjoy home-made cuisine featuring traditional Occitane and Piedmontese entrees. If you wish, service may be limited to only bed & breakfast. As our hotel is immersed in the nature of one of Europe’s most beautiful natural parks, including the Maritime Alps, the Mercantour National Park, the Alte Valli Pesio e Tanaro Park, the Salt Road, the Marguareis Massif and last but not least the Uomini e Lupi wildlife centre, we also serve as an accommodations facility for the Great Crossing of the Alps long distance footpath. Plus, an ATV/mountain bike rental facility is located just a few minutes away. Please remember that this is a NON SMOKING facility
